They Can Be Very Tame As A Family Pet But Almost Every Time They Are Handled They Will Basically Fly But Not Like A Normal Bird, People Call It A Boink As They Fly In A Straight Line In The Air Towards The Sky. They Love To Dustbathe And Will Spend Hours Pecking At Cress And Small Trays Of Freshly Home Grown Grass. They Lay Smaller Eggs To Other Quails, But They Still Taste As Lovely As Ever. Advocado's Are Poisonous To Any Species Of Quail If They Are Eaten.
