Generally Quails Are Very Easy To Keep And Can Keep You Going All Day Long. There Are So Many Good Things About Keeping Quails There Are Too Many To List.
Quails Will Eat Almost Anything You Give Them But They Must Have A Properly Balanced Diet Of Fresh Greens Whenever Available, From Chicks They Should Be Fed On Alot Of Shredded Lettuce And A Fine Powder Called Chick Crumb This Can Be Bought From Almost Every Farm Shop Around, This Should Be Fed With Mixtures Of Seeds Until They Are 5-6 Weeks Old. Once They Hit This Age They Should Either Be Fed On Growers Pellets To Boost Immune System And Help Them Grow Better, Then They Should Be Fed on Blended Layers Pellets Or Layers Mash With Fruits And Vegetables Whenever You Have Some. Also Grit Should Be Available A Few Times A Week To Make Sure There Digestive System Is Working Properly.
They Can Basically Have Any Type Of Flooring Like Wood Shavings, Sawdust, Wood Chippings, Children Play Bark, Sand.
